I had a wonderful session with Mary Ellen today. The setting is beautiful. Such a wonderful, relaxing way to start the day but definitely a workout too! I have several medical issues and being able to modify poses, keep me comfortable and have me get the full benefit was so great. Cannot wait for next week.
