I began my experience with Mary Ellen by participating in a chair yoga class. It was a wonderful, experience with a terrific group. After a couple of months (and some weight loss) I knew I was ready to try gentle yoga. Mary Ellen was sensitive to my back issues and created a class in which I felt encouraged to push myself a bit without pain.
After a class I find that I am more flexible and have more confidence in my balance. I come out of my weekly class feeling refreshed both physically and emotionally.
I continued my classes during the pandemic, Mary Ellen took care in making sure she gives the best, safe, and clean experience.
