Yoga Instructor / Studio Owner

Mary Ellen Sutton is a Middletown native returning to her family homestead as a Yoga Instructor, Aromatherapist, and Reiki Practitioner. A retired Medical Social Worker with over 23 years of yoga practice, she blends compassion and experience to guide students toward balance and tranquility. She owns and operates Cheemah on South Main LLC.
